MRD & Data Entry Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MRD & Data Entry Executive to manage medical records, documentation and data entry work at Muskan ART Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update patient/donor records and medical documents.
• Enter and manage data accurately in computer systems and Excel.
• Check documents and ensure records are complete and properly maintained.
• Maintain files, reports, forms and other office documentation.
• Coordinate with internal staff for document collection and verification.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient/donor information.
• Prepare and organize daily/weekly reports as required.
• Handle other documentation and data entry tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data entry, medical records or documentation.
• Good computer and typing skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre or healthcare organization will be preferred.
