We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The company specializes in the manufacturing of honey and honey-based products.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads and build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Promote and sell the company's honey products.
• Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and markets.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain regular client follow-ups and prepare sales reports.
• ✅ Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
• Experience in FMCG, food, honey, or related industries will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Good sales and lead-generation abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
