🚨 Hiring Alert | Team Leader – Field Sales
Project: Google Pay (GPay)
Designation: Team Leader – Field Sales
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 CTC + TA + Incentives
Location: Rajasthan India
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of field sales executives
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Monitor team performance and productivity
• Conduct regular field visits and support team members
• Ensure proper execution of sales activities
• Track daily sales reports and team performance
• Handle team queries and motivate team members to achieve targets
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in field sales/team handling
• Good communication and team management skills
• Target-oriented approach
• Willingness to work in the field
• Candidates from Telecom, Fintech, BFSI, FMCG or related sales industries can apply
