• Customer की requirement समझना।
• Budget, location, purpose और timeline identify करना।
• Lead को सही category में classify करना।

Customer Follow-up

• सभी interested customers का regular follow-up करना।
• Follow-up की next date maintain करना।
• Hot/Warm/Cold leads को अलग-अलग manage करना।
• Customer की objections identify करना।

Property Presentation

• Customer को project/property की सही एवं approved information देना।
• Location, price, facilities, payment plan और relevant details explain करना।
• Customer की requirement के अनुसार suitable property suggest करना।

Site Visit

• Interested customers को site visit के लिए coordinate करना।
• Site visit से पहले confirmation लेना।
• Site पर customer को properly guide करना।
• Site visit के बाद feedback लेना।

Negotiation & Closing

• Customer की objections समझना।
• Sales Manager के guidance में negotiation करना।
• Booking process को close करना।
• Unauthorized price/discount/commitment नहीं देना।

Post-Sale Coordination

• Booking के बाद required documentation और payment coordination में support करना।
• Customer relationship maintain करना।

Team Management

• Sales team को daily direction देना।
• प्रत्येक Sales Executive को target और priority leads assign करना।
• Team की attendance और working discipline monitor करना।
• Team members की problems और customer cases में support करना।

Sales Management

• Monthly sales target की planning करना।
• Leads को properly distribute करना।
• High-potential customers की पहचान करना।
• Important customer meetings और negotiations में शामिल होना।
• Closing के समय Sales Executive को support करना।

Follow-up Management

• Team के pending follow-ups की daily review।
• Hot/Warm leads की अलग priority बनाना।
• पुराने customers और pending customers का follow-up करवाना।
• कोई lead बिना follow-up के pending न रहने देना।

Site Visit Management

• Daily site visit plan तैयार करना।
• Customer को site visit के लिए properly coordinate करना।
• Site visit के बाद customer feedback लेना।
• Visit से booking तक conversion पर focus करना।

Reporting

• Daily sales report management को देना।
• Weekly performance review करना।
• Monthly target vs achievement report तैयार करना।

Training

• New Sales Executives को product/project training देना।
• Calling और follow-up techniques सिखाना।
• Objection handling और closing में team को train करना।
