Job Description

● Manage, supervise, and motivate a team of Customer Support Executives.

● Monitor daily team performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence.

● Handle customer escalations and provide appropriate resolutions.

● Monitor call quality and ensure compliance with company and client standards.

● Track KPIs such as conversion, call quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.

● Conduct regular team briefings, coaching, and performance feedback sessions.
