Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Plan and schedule daily posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
- Create engaging captions, hashtags, and social media creatives.
- Coordinate with the teams for content creation.
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries and respond professionally.
- Track social media performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Research current trends, competitor activities, and relevant hashtags.
- Prepare weekly or monthly social media performance reports.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and communication across all platforms.
- Required Skills
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram Reels, and video editing tools.
- Strong communication and caption-writing skills.
- Creativity, time management, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing.
- Ability to plan content and meet deadlines.
