Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Go to the market to purchase materials, supplies and household items as instructed
- Move and deliver items between sites, the hostel/PG and the office
- Supervise day-to-day work at construction sites and report progress to management
- Supervise hostel/PG activities, and ensure rules and discipline are followed
- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, repairs and security at the hostel/PG
- Handle resident complaints and emergencies promptly
- Maintain occupancy records, visitor registers and purchase/expense records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, contractors and management
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate
- 1-3 years of experience in hostel/PG management, site supervision or a similar role (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, organized and able to handle emergencies calmly
- Willing to travel locally and do varied work; a two-wheeler and driving licence are an advantage
