Job Description

  1. Plan, execute, and monitor solar projects as per approved timelines and budgets.
  2. Manage end-to-end solar project activities, including site surveys, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
  3. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, vendors, and DISCOM officials.
  4. Manage manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization of resources at project sites.
  5. Ensure timely availability of solar modules, inverters, BOS materials, and other required equipment.
  6. Monitor daily progress reports (DPRs) and prepare project status reports for management.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
  8. Identify project risks, resolve site-related issues, and take corrective actions.
  9. Monitor project costs, contractor payments, and material consumption.
  10. Coordinate for DISCOM approvals, net metering, inspections, and commissioning wherever applicable.
  11. Ensure timely completion of projects within the approved budget and scope of work.
  12. Conduct regular site visits and report project progress to senior management.
