• Explain product features, quality, designs, pricing, and other relevant details to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and enquiries to convert them into successful sales.
• Conduct market research to understand customer demand, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities to increase product visibility and sales.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales enquiries, follow-ups, and orders.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
