Female Telecaller & Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a confident and responsible female sales executive for our diamond tools business.
The candidate will communicate with customers over phone calls and WhatsApp, handle enquiries, share product catalogues, follow up with potential buyers, and generate new business leads.
- ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Attend and respond to incoming WhatsApp messages and enquiries.
- Share product catalogues, sizes, prices, and product details with customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain customer information and daily lead records.
- Identify potential B2B customers, including marble and granite workshops, fabricators, engraving businesses, and tool dealers.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and new customers.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Comfortable making calls and handling WhatsApp Business.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Confident, polite, and good at customer follow-ups.
- Freshers can apply; sales experience is an advantage.
SalaryFixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives.
Working HoursFull-time, as per company schedule.
