Position: Relationship Manager (RM)
Channel: Agency Channel
Location: C-Scheme, Jaipur
CTC: ₹3–5 LPA
Experience: Field Sales experience preferred
Industry: Insurance / Health Insurance
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with insurance advisors and customers.
Generate new business through field sales and customer acquisition.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
Recruit, manage and support insurance advisors.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Provide customer service and ensure long-term client relationships.
Maintain regular sales reports and activity updates.
Candidate Requirements
Graduation preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.
Candidates with Health Insurance
Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates
