Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our commercial real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for property sourcing, lead calling, client coordination, property visits, and maintaining relationships with clients and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Source residential and commercial properties as per client requirements.
- Find and maintain property and owner details.
- Handle lead calling and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients and property owners.
- Arrange and coordinate property/site visits.
- Understand client requirements and assist in property shortlisting.
- Maintain property and lead data in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
- Assist in negotiations and closing of deals.
- Conduct field visits and client/owner meetings.
- Support the team in business development activities.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable with field work and meetings.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of real estate is preferred.
Experience:- 2–3 years in real estate, sales, business development, or a related field.
