Job Title: Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales presentations to convert leads into sales.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through research and networking.

Follow-Up: Maintain a follow up schedule for leads and past customers to maximize sales opportunities.

Record Keeping: Accurately document interactions and sales in the CRM system.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product offerings and market trends to effectively address customer inquiries.

Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Requirement:

The candidate must have proficiency in Hindi and English (Spoken and Written) with Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.

Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in Telesales/Sales.

Skills:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build report and trust with customers.

Persuasive and confident sales approach.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong organizational and time management skills.
