Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Banking Team Leader with strong knowledge of banking products and hands-on experience in CASA sales and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle CASA sales and customer acquisition.
Have strong knowledge of Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and other banking products.
Explain and promote banking products to customers.
Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team.
Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports.
Train and onboard new team members/agents.
Maintain strong business relationships with banking partners.
Develop sales strategies to achieve business growth.
Monitor field sales activities and team performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior banking experience is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in CASA sales.
Good knowledge of banking products and services.
Previous team handling/management experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Ability to train and motivate a sales team.
Jaipur local candidates preferred.
Must be comfortable with field sales and team management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Banking Experience + CASA Experience + Banking Product Knowledge + Team Management Experience + Jaipur Local Candidate.
