Job Description – Accounts InternPosition: Accounts Intern
Department: Accounts & Finance
Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent commerce background
Experience: Freshers / Students can apply
Location: Jaipur
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounts & Finance team in day-to-day accounting activities.
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
- Assist with invoices, bills, vouchers, and expense records.
- Support data entry and basic reconciliation activities.
- Maintain and organize accounting documents.
- Assist in preparing basic reports and MIS.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts.
- Compulsory knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage.
Eligibility: Candidates from B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or other Commerce/Finance backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
