JOB DESCRIPTION – COLD ROOM SALES EXECUTIVE

Job SummaryWe are looking for a result-oriented Cold Room Sales Executive responsible for generating business for Cold Rooms and Refrigeration Solutions by developing new clients, identifying project requirements, generating leads, conducting site visits, preparing quotations and converting enquiries into orders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities for Cold Rooms, Cold Storage and Refrigeration Solutions.
• Identify and approach potential clients from food processing, dairy, pharmaceutical, agriculture, hospitality, retail and other relevant industries.
• Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, references, online platforms and networking.
• Understand customer requirements such as temperature, capacity, application and storage requirements.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits for requirement understanding and project assessment.
• Coordinate with Design/Technical Team for technical solutions, BOQ and quotations.
• Prepare and submit commercial/technical proposals to customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and negotiations until order closure.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Maintain sales pipeline, customer records and regular sales reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Required SkillsExperience/knowledge of Cold Room / Cold Storage / Refrigeration Sales preferred.
• Good B2B sales and client-handling skills.
• Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. Mechanical / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred.

Experience: 1–4 years in Cold Room, Refrigeration, HVAC, Cold Storage or related technical sales.
