Job Description
Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, prices, availability, orders, and delivery.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Maintain regular communication with customers and build strong relationships.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for quick resolution.
Collect and maintain customer feedback.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details in Excel/CRM/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the Sales, Billing, Dispatch, and Warehouse teams regarding customer requirements.
Follow up on pending orders, payments, deliveries, and customer requests.
Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, collections, and other company updates.
Ensure timely responses to customer messages and calls.
Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
Prepare basic daily/weekly customer follow-up reports for management.
