Telecalling Executive

We are seeking energetic and persuasive Telecalling Executives to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and promoting our premium real estate projects: plots, through effective telemarketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and the drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

●     Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases

●     Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria and company standards

●     Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points

Client Communication

● Manage client queries related to the visit to the site

● Try to close 80% of the deal

Property Promotion & Sales Support

●     Present and promote real estate properties with enthusiasm and product knowledge

●     Explain property features, benefits, and pricing to interested prospects

●     Handle customer inquiries professionally and address concerns or objections

●     Schedule property site visits and arrange meetings with sales team members

Customer Relationship Management

●     Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, interactions, and customer feedback in CRM systems

●     Follow up with leads and prospects consistently to nurture relationships

●     Build and maintain a pipeline of hot leads for the sales team

Performance & Reporting

●     Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly call targets and lead generation KPIs

●     Generate reports on calling activities, conversion rates, and campaign performance

●     Participate in training sessions and product knowledge workshops

Required Qualifications:

●     12th pass or Bachelor's degree

●     Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, BFSI, or sales

●     Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (both spoken and written)

●     Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software (desirable)

●     Ability to handle call recording and quality monitoring
