Job Description
Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable yarn.
- Handle counter sales and product display.
- Prepare bills using POS/software.
- Receive cash, UPI, card, and other digital payments.
- Maintain stock at the counter and coordinate with the warehouse.
- Keep the store clean and well-organized.
- Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Support daily sales targets.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Hindi; basic English preferred)
- Basic computer/POS billing knowledge
- Customer handling and sales skills
- Basic arithmetic and cash handling
- Friendly personality with a positive attitude
