Job Description

  • Appoint new distributors in assigned territories.
  • Generate new business from hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, caterers, and institutions.
  • Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Visit retailers and HORECA clients daily as per the beat plan.
  • Take orders and coordinate timely deliveries with distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and freezer placement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas.
  • Conduct product sampling and promotional activities.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and market trends.
  • Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and CRM updates.
  • Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
