Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive growth in our Solar Division. The candidate will lead sales initiatives for residential and commercial rooftop solar projects, expand dealer networks, manage inventory, and guide the sales team toward revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealer & Partner Network: Identify, onboard, and manage B2B solar dealers, distributors, and commission-based agents across target markets.
  • B2C Rooftop Sales: Drive residential and commercial rooftop solar inquiries from initial site survey to closure.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate fresh inbound/outbound leads through digital platforms, local marketing, and direct outreach.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and guide the sales executive team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Stock & Inventory Oversight: Supervise solar panel, inverter, and structure stock availability to coordinate smooth installation and dispatch schedules.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain client pipelines, daily calling reports, and deal stages in CRM and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–5 years in sales/business development (preference for Rooftop Solar, Electrical, or Renewable Energy sectors).
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, team handling, client presentation, and dealer onboarding capabilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools, basic MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Education: Graduate (Technical/B.Tech/BBA/MBA preferred).
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and personal vehicle for local business meetings.
