IT Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer service to ensure smooth delivery and customer support.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally to maximize sales conversion. 

Key Requirements: -

• Proven experience in sales 2+ years in Technical Background
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
