Business Analyst - (Digital Marketing, Web Design & Development)

We are a fast-growing Service company specializing in Website Design & Development and

Digital Marketing across multiple niches. Our mission is to deliver impact online solutions for

businesses worldwide while building long-term partnerships through quality and trust.

We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can handle

client requirements, documentation, and support business from Freelancer and Up-work platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Responsibilities

 Understand client requirements through meetings, discovery calls, emails, and

documentation.

 Analyze project scope and recommend suitable technical solutions.

 Prepare project estimations along with the technical team.

 Create detailed proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), project scope documents, and

solution presentations.

 Participate in client meetings and requirement discussions with overseas clients.

 Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and project managers during proposal

preparation.

 Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

 Assist in preparing project timelines, milestones, and cost estimations.

 Conduct competitor and market research whenever required.

 Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospective clients.

 Work on lead generation and client acquisition platforms such as:

 Prepare responses for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.

Post-Sales Responsibilities

 Conduct requirement gathering sessions after project onboarding.

 Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD).

 Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes,

and Flow Diagrams.

 Coordinate between clients and the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

 Clarify functional requirements and resolve business queries.

 Manage change requests and document revisions.

 Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery.

 Conduct sprint planning and participate in Agile ceremonies where applicable.

 Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination.

 Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated.

 Handle client communication throughout development and deployment.

 Coordinate project handover, training sessions, and post-launch support.Requirements

 Proven experience (3 years) on Freelancer, Up-work, or similar platforms.

 Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, WordPress, Web Design, and Web Development

services.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

 Ability to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.

 Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.

 Familiar with CRM tools, project tracking, and lead management.
