Job Description
- Manage daily vehicle operations and maintain vehicle movement records.
- Monitor vehicle availability, allocation, and driver attendance.
- Maintain daily vehicle logbooks, opening and closing kilometer readings.
- Track fuel expenses, including petrol and CNG consumption.
- Monitor vehicle GPS location, routes, and overspeeding.
- Coordinate with drivers for daily assignments and route planning.
- Maintain vehicle documents, including RC, insurance, PUC, and fitness certificates.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, and insurance claims.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle utilization and expense reports.
- Verify fuel bills, maintenance bills, and other vehicle-related expenses.
- Ensure timely reporting and proper utilization of company vehicles.
- Coordinate with management regarding vehicle performance, expenses, and operational issue
