Job Description

Department: B2C Operations
Location: Indore
Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)
Job Summary:
Manage daily B2C operations by ensuring pilot availability, trip acceptance, vehicle utilization, and smooth delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily online pilots and vehicle availability across categories.
- Coordinate with pilots for trip acceptance, pickup, and delivery.
- Follow up on missed, rejected, and unaccepted trips.
- Improve vehicle utilization and pilot engagement.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate technical concerns.
- Maintain regular coordination with pilots and the internal operations team.
- Track pilot performance and maintain daily operational MIS.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily online pilot count and online hours.
- Trip acceptance and completion rates.
- Vehicle utilization and productivity.
- Pilot retention and inactivity monitoring.
- Timely and accurate daily reporting.
Required Skills
- Graduate or undergraduate with relevant experience.
- Experience in logistics, fleet management, or delivery operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and mobile applications.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented approach and ability to manage daily operations.

Improved vehicle availability, higher trip acceptance, better vehicle utilization, and smooth B2C operational execution.
