Telesales Executive

We are looking for confident and energetic Female Telecallers / Loan Sales Executives to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan products, generating qualified leads and following up until successful conversion.

Key Responsibilities•

Make outbound calls to customers from the company-provided database/leads.

• Understand the customer's financial requirement and identify the appropriate loan product.

• Explain loan eligibility, documentation, process and basic terms clearly.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into loan applications.

• Follow up regularly with interested customers.

• Coordinate with the sales/credit team for document collection and case processing.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in Excel/CRM.

• Update daily calling, lead and conversion reports.

• Handle customer objections professionally.

• Maintain a strong relationship with customers throughout the loan process.

• Achieve monthly calling, lead generation and conversion targets.
