We are looking for a proactive, hardworking, and responsible professional who can help grow our property listings and rental business through effective communication, relationship building, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to property owners, real estate agents, brokers, and prospective customers.
• Explain the concept, features, and benefits of HomeRahi.com clearly and confidently.
• Encourage property owners and agents to register and list their properties on the platform.
• Generate rental business and convert potential customers into paying customers for rental services.
• Follow up with leads regularly to increase registrations, active listings, and revenue.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners and real estate agents.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, leads, listings, and conversions.
• Work with Excel, Google Sheets, Word, email, and internet-based tools for daily operations.
• Prepare daily work reports and track performance against business targets.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and suggest improvements to business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in telecalling, sales, business development, or real estate sales.
• Prior experience in real estate, property sales, rentals, or property-related services is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to explain a business concept convincingly.
• Good knowledge of computers, MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, email, and internet browsing.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage daily tasks, and achieve measurable targets.
• A hardworking, disciplined, professional, and result-oriented attitude.

We are looking for someone who can work as a business development executive—not just make calls. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for building relationships, acquiring property listings, developing rental business, maintaining records, and contributing directly to HomeRahi's growth.
