Job Description

TD Finance is a financial services brand helping customers with Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Home & Property Loans through a simple and customer-focused process.


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding Personal Loan offers.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan options.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Collect basic customer information and required documents.
  • Coordinate with the loan processing/sales team for further processing.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
  • Update lead and call details in the CRM/system.
  • Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers.
