Telecaller Outbound

Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Lead Verification & Outbound Telecaller to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be calling prospective leads, verifying their details and purchase intent, filtering out unqualified prospects, and scheduling qualified appointments/demos for our senior sales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads from provided databases or inbound inquiries.
• Lead Verification & Screening: Assess lead quality by asking targeted qualifying questions to confirm contact details, budget, authority, and timeline.
• Data Management: Accurately log call dispositions, customer responses, and updated contact information in the CRM system.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule product demonstrations or follow-up sales calls between qualified leads and Sales Account Executives.
• Follow-up Management: Execute structured follow-up call/email sequences to nurture cold or unresponsive leads.
• Product Knowledge: Explain core product/service offerings clearly to spark interest and handle basic customer inquiries or initial objections.
• Performance Reporting: Track daily/weekly call volume, lead conversion rates, and qualification targets to report to the Sales Team Lead.
