A telecaller is responsible for initiating or receiving phone calls to promote products, generate leads, and address customer inquiries. Core Responsibilities

• Outbound/Inbound Calls: Contacting prospects, following up on leads, and handling customer queries or complaints.
• Sales & Promotion: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to convert prospects into customers.
• Data Maintenance: Recording customer interactions, updating contact details, and managing the CRM database.
• Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call volume targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a Bachelor's degree is sometimes preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is advantageous, though many roles are beginner-friendly.

• Soft Skills: Persuasive, confident, resilient to rejection, and capable of working under pressure.
