Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to manage daily store operations at The Belgian Waffle Co. The candidate will be responsible for team management, customer satisfaction, sales growth, food quality, and maintaining hygiene standards.


Key Responsibilities-

  • Manage daily restaurant operations smoothly.
  • Prepare waffles and ensure food quality and presentation.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Manage staff, prepare duty schedules, and train team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Monitor stock, order supplies, and reduce food wastage.
  • Achieve sales targets and control store expenses.
  • Maintain cash records, daily reports, and staff attendance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive store experience.
  • Follow company policies and promotional activities.
