Job Description
Restaurant Manager — BugeeseWe are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to independently manage day-to-day outlet operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff, shifts and daily operations
- Ensure food quality, hygiene & SOP compliance
- Handle customer service & complaints
- Monitor sales, cash, inventory & wastage
- Manage Swiggy/Zomato & online orders
- Control food cost and maintain stock
- Achieve sales and operational targets
- Prepare daily reports and coordinate with management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of QSR/Restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory, food cost & POS
- Ability to independently handle an outlet
