Maintenance Supervisor

MAINTENANCE & PROPERTY FACILITY SUPERVISOR.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Maintenance & Property Facility Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operational requirements of a Marriage Garden / Wedding Venue in Kanadia, Indore.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the property.
• Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, contractors, vendors and other service providers for timely repairs.
• Handle basic troubleshooting related to electrical, AC, plumbing and general property maintenance.
• Coordinate market visits, purchase of maintenance materials and other outdoor requirements.
• Maintain proper coordination between vendors, technicians, property staff and management.
• Ensure the property is ready and well-maintained before scheduled weddings and events.
• Maintain records of maintenance requirements, purchases and pending work.
• Supervise maintenance-related work and ensure that assigned work is completed properly and on time.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in hotel, resort, marriage garden, banquet hall, property maintenance or facility management will be preferred.
• Basic technical understanding of electrical, AC, plumbing and general maintenance.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Able to independently handle day-to-day maintenance requirements.
• Comfortable handling local market visits and purchasing-related work.
• Graduate / Diploma preferred.
• Own vehicle or ability to travel locally for work is preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours during scheduled wedding functions, including occasional late-night requirements.
• Responsible, disciplined and dependable.
• Good communication and multitasking skills.
