Civil Draftsman

Role Purpose

To prepare and maintain accurate civil and structural drawings required for EIPL's projects, based on engineering inputs and approved designs.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Prepare and modify civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD.

2.     Prepare plans, sections, elevations, foundation layouts and basic RCC detailing.

3.    Incorporate corrections and revisions as instructed by engineers.

4.    Maintain proper drawing revisions, numbering and records.

5.    Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation.

6.    Coordinate internally with the engineering team for drawing requirements.

7.     Ensure drawings are accurate and issued within the required timelines.

Qualification & Skills

1.      Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Civil Drafting or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

2.     Good knowledge of AutoCAD.

3.    Basic understanding of civil construction and RCC drawings.

4.    Good attention to detail and accuracy.

5.    Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Experience

1–3 years preferred. Freshers with good AutoCAD skills may also be considered.
