Site Engineer

Shriketu Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an active, practical and responsible Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team.

📍 Job Location:Indore / Project Sites

💼 Position:Civil Site Engineer – Construction & Project Execution

🎓 Qualification:Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

💰 Salary:₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, technical skills and overall suitability.

🏗️ Experience:Practical site experience preferred. Candidates with strong hands-on skills will be given priority.

🔴 MUST-HAVE SKILLS Auto Level

Candidate must be able to independently operate Auto Level for:

• Level checking & RL calculation
• Foundation & plinth levels
• Slab levels
• Road levels & slopes
• Setting-out and site surveying

Candidate should also have practical knowledge of:✅ Residential Building Construction

✅ Quantity Measurement & Estimation

✅ BOQ & Basic Costing

✅ BBS & Reinforcement Checking

✅ Drawing Reading

✅ RCC, Masonry & Plaster Work

✅ Flooring, Tiles, Putty & Painting

✅ Doors, Windows & Final Finishing

✅ Labour & Contractor Management

✅ Quality Control & Site Supervision

Road Construction Experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.

🏗️ PROJECT EXPOSUREOur projects may include:

• Residential Buildings
• School / Institutional Construction
• Road & External Development
• Swimming Pool
• Septic Tank
• RCC & Masonry Works
• Finishing Works
• Other Civil Construction Activities
• 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Independently manage day-to-day site activities
• Supervise labour, contractors and subcontractors
• Check work as per drawings and specifications
• Operate Auto Level and maintain site levels
• Perform quantity measurement and prepare/check BOQ
• Check reinforcement and BBS
• Monitor construction quality
• Track daily progress and labour productivity
• Coordinate material and manpower requirements
• Supervise residential construction from foundation to final finishing
• Monitor road construction, levels, slopes, excavation and compaction
• Identify and resolve practical site issues
• Prepare Daily Progress Reports and maintain site records
• Coordinate with senior management, clients and contractors

Candidate should be willing to travel between multiple residential/project sites whenever required.

🚨 IMPORTANTAuto Level practical knowledge is mandatory.

Candidates who have only theoretical knowledge of Auto Level or are unable to independently operate the instrument may not be considered.

Road experience is preferred, but candidates without road experience can also apply if they have strong Auto Level and residential construction experience.
