Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Networking: Identify, connect with, and build relationships with potential retail and HNI clients interested in stock market and financial services.
• Financial Advisory Assistance: Guide clients through our SEBI-registered advisory offerings, helping them understand tailored financial solutions based on their needs.
• Consultative Sales: Conduct professional telephonic and digital consultations to explain market opportunities and convert leads into active clients.
• Market Updates & Insights: Stay updated with financial market trends, equity updates, and NISM guidelines to offer well-informed perspectives to prospective clients.
• Relationship Management: Maintain continuous contact with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and client retention.
• Target Achievement: Drive sales efforts efficiently to meet monthly individual targets while maintaining high compliance and ethics.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in sales, financial services, or business development.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce/Management/Engineer).
