We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive
DigitalVia Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, proactive, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. MBA (Marketing) freshers are welcome to apply.

* Work mode: Work from office
* Training/ Probation: 3-6 months
* Employment Type: Full-Time
* Salary: 2.76 LPA - 3 LPA
* Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
*Salary & Incentive Structure*
6-Month Training & Probation Period:
* Month 1–3: 10,000/month + Incentives
* Month 4–6: 15,000/month + Incentives
* After 6 Months: 22,000–23,000/month + Incentives
*Required Skills*
* MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification
* Freshers can apply
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Good convincing and negotiation skills
* Confident, proactive, and target-oriented
* Willingness to learn and grow in business development
* Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads for digital marketing services
* Connect with prospects through calls, emails, and online platforms
* Schedule client meetings and assist with presentations
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Identify new business opportunities through market research
* Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and sales reports
* Coordinate with the digital marketing team for client requirements
* Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and conversion targets
