Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Sales Marketing Manager. The person in this position will plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, expand market reach, develop new markets and customers and drive revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include managing relationships with distributors and wholesaler, monitoring sales performance, identify new potential customers , increase sales . The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with production and finance teams to align sales plans with business objectives. The Sales Marketing Manager will ensure timely communication of goals and targets, and represent the company at meetings, events, and trade activities as needed.

Role Requirements :

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales and marketing plans, including achieving targets, budgeting, and tracking performance.

Experience in confectionery / bakery / beverage / packaged food / snacks sales, with strong skills in channel management, wholesaler / dealer/distributor handling .

Competence in market research, data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and strategy refinement.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

Comfort with using various B2B business portals , social media platforms to find new markets and customers.

Must Have Willingness And Eagerness To Increase Company's Sales , Finding New Clients , Maintaining Relationships With Existing Clients .

Must Have Basic Computer Knowledge And Ability To Handle B2B e com Portals / Social Media .

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Indore and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
