Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.
- Key Responsibilities - Prepare and manage invoices and billing records.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Handle debtors and creditors management.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Work with VLOOKUP and other advanced Excel functions.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to accounts and transactions.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with payment follow-ups.
- Ensure accuracy in financial records and documentation.
- Required Skills - Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of invoice preparation and billing.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Advanced Excel.
- Understanding of debtors, creditors, and account reconciliation.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional approach to work.
