Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities –
  • SalesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
  • Identify customer requirements and understand their interest in stock market and financial services.
  • Explain company products and services to prospective customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Convert interested leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize lead conversion.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update lead status in the CRM.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate information to move the sales process forward.
  • Cross-sell and upsell relevant company products/services wherever applicable.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Stay updated about company products, services, offers, and market-related information.
  • Ensure all sales communication follows company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
