Job Description

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Team Leader in telesales.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving targets.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in insurance, edtech, or feature-based products is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Comfortable handling individual sales responsibilities whenever required.
