Telesales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relations, and achieving call/target goals.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about offerings.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication.
• Maintain a record of calls and update customer details in the database.
• Follow up with potential clients/customers for meetings, sales, or conversions.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Work closely with the sales/marketing team to support business growth.
• Proven experience as a telecaller / telemarketer / customer support role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language].
• Ability to persuade and handle objections confidently.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
• Strong listening skills, patience, and positive attitude.
