Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Ratata is looking for a Sales, Marketing & Cashier Associate to handle customer enquiries, sales follow-ups, basic marketing activities and front-desk cashier operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

● Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp and local business outreach.

● Follow up on enquiries and convert them into bookings.

● Promote birthday parties, corporate outings, school/group visits and Ratata offers.

● Approach companies, schools and local businesses for tie-ups.

● Maintain daily lead, follow-up and sales reports.

● Build good relationships with customers and corporate clients.

Cashier & Front Desk

● Handle cash, UPI, card and other customer payments accurately.

● Generate bills/invoices and maintain transaction records.

● Manage game recharges, package sales and customer bookings.

● Perform daily cash reconciliation and handover.

● Assist customers with basic queries regarding games, packages and offers.

● Maintain proper billing and cash-handling procedures.

Requirements

● Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu.

● Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and POS systems.

● Good customer service and sales skills.

● Honest, responsible and comfortable handling cash.

● Target-oriented and willing to work weekends/holidays when required.
