Telecalling / Telesales Executive (Healthcare) / Immediate Joiners Preferred

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 6 Months +

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients.
• Counsel patients on AVIS Hospitals' treatment options and guide them through the consultation process.
• Understand patient requirements, address concerns, and build confidence in the recommended treatment.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with patients to maximize consultation and surgery conversions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and call updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with hospital teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Achieve monthly consultation and surgery conversion targets while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• Over 6 months of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Healthcare Counselling, or Customer Support.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build trust and handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable using CRM and basic computer applications.
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or above.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, Diagnostics, IVF, Dental, Ophthalmology, Aesthetics/Cosmetology, Health Insurance, or Medical Call Centres will be preferred.
