Job DescriptionRAY ENTERPRISES is hiring Telecallers for Banking/NBFC Loan Collection & Recovery Process.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers regarding pending EMI/loan payments.
- Follow up with customers for payment collection.
- Take PTP (Promise to Pay) and follow up until payment is received.
- Update customer remarks and payment status in CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with Team Leader and Field Executives when required.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and follow collection guidelines.
- RequirementsFreshers & experienced candidates can apply.
- Collection/Recovery/BPO/Telecalling experience preferred.
- Telugu & Hindi required.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and disciplined.
- Candidates staying near Secunderabad/Karkhana and surrounding areas preferred.
