Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound calls and generate business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, and proven past experience in telecalling or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company services/products professionally
- Generate own database
- Generate leads and schedule meetings/follow-ups
- Maintain call records and customer database
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in telecalling/outbound sales
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
