Job Description

Multiple Openings for:

  1. Telecallers
  2. Marketing Executives
  3. Marketing Managers


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Calling: Dial outbound leads daily from marketing campaigns or internal databases.
  • Property Pitch: Explain project features, pricing, configurations, and location benefits clearly.
  • Site Visit Booking: Convince interested clients to schedule physical or virtual property site tours.
  • Lead Nurturing: Follow up regularly with warm prospects to answer questions and overcome objections.
  • Data Management: Update call statuses, client feedback, and notes accurately in the CRM software.
  • Team Coordination: Pass qualified, hot leads over to field sales executives for closure.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Clear, confident verbal skills in English, Hindi, and local regional languages.
  • Active Listening: Ability to understand customer budget, preferred location, and property requirements.
  • Resilience: Positive attitude with the capability to handle rejection under pressure.
