Telecaller - Job DescriptionCompany: Coimbatore Balaji Transport Co. (CBTC)
Location: Palamakole, Shamshabad, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-Time
Gender: Male / Female
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month
- Job ResponsibilitiesRegular calling to clients/customers.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Explain company services clearly over calls.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the operations team when required.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain good communication and discipline at work.
- RequirementsGood communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to speak confidently with customers.
- Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
- Freshers can also apply.
Working HoursMale Candidates: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM
Female Candidates: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Monthly Leave: 4 Paid Leaves
