Telecaller

We are looking for confident and empathetic Telecallers to join our healthcare operations team.

We run a Hospital Patient Feedback Portal. As a Telecaller, you will interact with patients and their attendants over the phone to understand and record their feedback throughout their hospital journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call patients/attenders and collect feedback about their hospital experience.
• Ask structured questions and accurately record responses in the portal.
• Understand patient concerns, satisfaction levels, and service experience.
• Escalate important concerns to the concerned hospital/team.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality during every interaction.
• Complete daily calling and feedback targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English.
• Pleasant, patient, and empathetic communication style.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with web-based portals.
• Good listening and documentation skills.
• Healthcare/hospital calling experience is an added advantage.
