Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a Customer Support Executive with prior sales experience to handle client interactions, understand customer requirements, provide timely assistance, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and enquiries.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information about our legal services.
• Follow up with leads and convert potential enquiries into clients.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Achieve assigned customer support and sales targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the process.
• RequirementsPrior experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Telesales, Sales, or Client Handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is preferred.
• Candidates who can communicate effectively in English, Telugu, Hindi, and other regional languages will be preferred.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
• Candidates with a customer-oriented and target-driven approach are preferred.
